Hi!

I'm Ryan, the founder of Enlighten Stays, a little about me and why you should choose us for your next stay!

Working in customer relationship positions for the last 10 years from retail, recruitment, and a little stint in Korea to teach English - I have a real love for working with people from every corner of the globe! Customer relationships and experience aspects of jobs are the elements of my career that I've always enjoyed most. I also have a passion for property and thought starting a serviced accommodation service would be the perfect blend of property vs customer relations, so here we are!

For me, I've worked away from home and I'm partial to a good getaway!  I always found it's the small things that really make a stay special - whether thats a little unexpected hamper or speaking to a delightful host who unexpectedly perks you up!

My purpose in founding Enlighten Stays is to create lasting enjoyable experiences that lift you up - offering you:

Rules

Policies

• Cancellation. You are entitled to a full refund 7days prior to check in date, any cancellations within the 7 days will not qualify for refund

• Check-in and check-out. You will pick up keys from a shop (Key Nest) 5 minutes walk from the property and be required to drop them back to the same location on check out.

• Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.

• I.D. check and card authorisation. All guest ID's will need to be sent during the check in process along with a selfie to validate that the ID is a true representation. A £700 hold will be placed on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.

• Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any Enlighten Stays home.

• Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge.

• Please be aware that there is a minut sensor in the property as a security measure. This device only measures noise levels in decibels and does not capture conversations. More in our T&C's on this.

• Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice.
